Summary: We had a ground floor flat which opened straight off the street which were not keen on and it was quite dark. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped but it lacked a few utensils that would have made catering easier. Caretaker on site was excellent so helpful.

Summary: The room was great for our short stay in Valletta and was in a great location. It was very close to the main bus station and near a beautiful park, which made it ideal and calm. It was nice to have a kitchen to use in addition to a comfortable bedroom with space to put our travel items. The only issue we had was lack of communication about the checkin process. It said we would be notified with 48 hours and we were not. Even though I communicated about when we were going to arrive, I did not get notification until we were already on a plane (without service) right at checkin time asking for our WhatsApp information. Thankfully there was a number to call when we arrived on the property (know this is not a hotel, so no front desk, more of a rental apartment) so we could receive a call back from the owner even though we had to pay roaming charges for the call. Would stay in Floriana again if in Malta since it is a great area.

Summary: The one bedroom apartment (23) was perfect for what we needed and exactly as advertised. Great location for Valletta with a picturesque walk along the mall to get into the city within 10 minutes. Valletta is the city within the walls, the apartment is in Floriana but it is so close, it may as well be Outer Valletta. Check-in instructions arrived via a handy WhatsApp video before we arrived. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped, with washing tablets for the dishwasher, a washer dryer and fridge and freezer. The bathroom and shower were all supplied with shower gel.soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bathrobes also provided and iron and ironing board. The only minor criticism were that it would have been nice to have a safe for leaving valuables, some hooks in the bathroom for hanging and drying towels and some hooks for coats in the lounge. (Although in the summer I guess there aren’t many coats being worn- but we did contend with some heavy rain). The apartment even supplied a large umbrella which we needed. There is parking outside for weekends for free if you hire a car. Sadly we didn’t have time or the weather to use the roof terrace but it does look good for when the sun is out. Don’t miss the lovely botanical Argotti gardens at the end of the street, some great views from here and very peaceful.

Summary: The apartment is in a good location and easy to go around Valletta. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. It has everything that you may need. The communication with the staff is outstanding.

Summary: Exactly as described- really well designed and furnished studio apartment. No view but we had the apartment directly below the gorgeous roof terrace so ideal for morning coffee or evening wine! 10 minutes pleasant stroll to the Old Town. Loved the gardens all around us in Floriana, and close to bus station.

Summary: A spotlessly clean place with very large rooms, modern amenities, and great decor. John the manager was extremely kind and helpful. The location is very close to Valletta’s old city gates and also close to the bus station. Just around the corner is a place that sells great kebabs. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property was spotless—cleanliness was absolutely perfect. The towels were newer with a decent thread count and the decor was fresh and dust free…even the silk plants! Communication with the property manager was clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish, which made everything, even check-in seamless. The location is ideal, especially being so conveniently close to the Valletta bus station. You literally can get anywhere on the island within 45 minutes! The staff onsite were genuinely friendly, attentive, and engaging, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation—and in fact, we enjoyed it so much that we stayed there again. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
